Flagline.com offers a 10-day money back guarantee for unused products. Should you decide to return a product, you will be refunded fully for the price of the product. Damaged Products - If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at (719) 520-1202. We will issue a call tag for the product and will then send a replacement to you at no extra charge.
